I immediately had this idea in my head and I wanted to try it out.  I did two sketches and then immediately started painting. I should have done more but I should try to plan more in the future.

Artist Statement:

I wanted to do a vaporwave style painting in a way to really work in all the different styles of paintings. To balance the old and new by using a small colour pallet to really explore styles and techniques. I used the song to set the mood and feeling of the painting and had a lot of fun exploring and trying to paint images jumbled together to create a story.
